If I'm not mistaken, the pad he's playing on doesn't have sunken buttons. It gets easier when you don't have to raise your foot over the gap between them.

I used to play DDR alot, and I was your slightly above average heavy player, aspiring to finish MAX period. but then i stopped playing. This looks alooot harder though. I wanna try it :). I am the person who posted this video, and I am not a douche, nor am I jealous. I just find no reason for any human being to pass every song with 90-100%. I have been working for over a year now, and barely ever get around to playing at all anymore. Even if I had all the free time in the world, I'd never feel the need to pass every song on the hardest difficult with 90+%.

Umm... The timing windows ARE bigger than the arcade's (just by a tiny bit) but you can't change the "level" of it at all in the PS2 version... There hasn't been a single dance game that lets you change the judge difficulty.

Who's not to say that he does hang out with other friends? It's impossible to play ITG for a REALLY long time at his level. A 14 year old has a lot of other things on their mind other then ITG.

At 14 years old, there's not much heavy school work to worry about. He'll have tons of free time.

And people don't spend their whole lives with friends. No matter how much time you have on your hands, you'll always have spare time. God, if you spent all your time with friends you'd grow tired of them FAST.

Anyways; this is basically a work out anyways, notice how tired he is by the end? Plus it's fun. He probably plays ITG with friends too, considering he has two pads.
