The T3S comes with a new "female" section of the drain plug, but if your existing one is in good condition, you don't need to use it. Just screw the light directly into your existing, threaded drain hole.

Your web site says no drilling holes I see three screw holes? Does that piece screw into existing drain plug hole ?
