totally accurate. all about a good balance. I've been at the threshold of relationships that I turned away from based on how it could turn out. that it would be excessive on her side and marginalised on mine, to the point where I'd feel I couldn't contribute, because women can give and give, and there's no point in competing there. thank god I'm always aware of that potential trap, even though I sometimes wonder what could have been had relationships taken their course or entered into at all.
