@gopdeep Alankar means a logical progression of notes. It can be sung as "aaa" or "oo" or anything! Aalap means "aaaa" singing.

Murkiyan are more subtle, found more in Thumris and Ghazals. You can say this is Good Taiyari (practice). But thanks anyway! :)

few months ago i told you the same thing.. but so many times since so many people go to auditions its very possible good singers dont get thru... I know there has to be politics involved, but i still think.. 50% of the contestants are legit.. and everytime i see raja and aneek (i m his fan too) on tv i always wish.. that you were there too (trust me i do) b/c i m ur fan as well... i know you are busy.. but please try one more time next year,... please for me?
