  • This movie isn't necessarily scary but its REALLY hard to see. I cried for 10 minutes when the woman became possessed with "La Llorona" and picked up her

couple-months-old baby and drowned her, even if they didn't show it happening you could hear the baby cry as she drowned her in the bathtub. :''( my dad has the DVD but I'm not planning on watching it again anytime soon.

  • @Pirateoverlord2 You have to remember parts of the USA used to be apart of Mexico its not like a spirit would be stopped because of a border

  • la llorona is some story mexican moms tell their kids in order to have them behave. if you dont behave the llorona is going to come get you. trust me, im mexican.

the original llorona comes from the so called "discovery of the americas" by cristopher colombus. the mayans had multiple visions of something horrible approaching and one of these was that a woman was crying for her children because she knew something was going to happen and she didnt know how to protect them.

you be the judges : D

  • this leyend is from venezuela.......... not colombia and less mexico¬¬

  • this is a mexican story dude SOY MEXICANO Y ES UNA LEYENDA MUY VIEJA lololololololol

  • it never haunted america!! she was from mexico

  • this is possibly the most terrifying and utterly disturbing film i have seen in my whole life

  • thats not true

that legend its actually from mexico

mexico has more urban legands than any latin amrican country

theres actually some towns in wich she appears

    my grandfather had the experience

  • i agree, i think all of central america takes credit for this urban legend though.

  • i didn't get the plot of the movie.

    what's the legend about???

  • this lady that killed her children

and then she killed herself (i think)

    after that she killed men

    in small towns of mexico

  • This is a Latino America legend it comes from Colombia and it is very scary some people have said they have heard her crying but only in the jungle!!! I'm from Colombia.
