Honestly Franklin deserved to die.

He showboated and sprayed ammo everywhere even when there was

no heat.

Then, after being called multiple times to come on he continued shooting.

And seriously he just stood like a dear in the headlights once he had no more ammo for his pistol. But hey if he hadn't been wasting it all shooting at nothing maybe he wouldn't have gotten shot.

But this is just a scripted movie so I'm not going to go any further than that.
