When it comes to performing a job realting to other people's life and well being, you cannot relax standards for anyone just because they are a woman. If you want the job, and aren't doing it just to prove a point, you can cut your hair. Firefighting is not for pretenders.

I thinh she should have quit or transfered and not let them cut he hair. I would have had a different cut i would have gotten a pob.

@hairstylist99 Im sure thats what they would have wanted her to do, but she was just standing up for what she wanted and believed in.
