@abhiginimav Gotta love the sound of a 6 cylinder! We're flying over EVB pretty often headed northbound. If you ever hear N17386 on approach, it's me!
@rickyguti We were on an IFR flight plan, as we are on all of our flights, so we were on a set course. If clouds were there that weren't convective or otherwise not preferable, we went through them. We don't go out cloud hunting [: The turbulence wasn't too bad, it's just hard to hold the camera still sometimes while getting bounced around. [:
@n654pd Question for you...I plan to buy a 206 w/G1000. I have been talking to flight schools to get my private licence... should I train on the G1000 or learn on steam gauges first?
@RichinBoca The transition from steam to G1000 is much easier than vice versa. With that being said, if you are planning to buy a G1000 aircraft, you may as well just train on the G1000. It's an incredibly simple yet complex system. Anyone can operate it's basic functions, but some of the more advanced functionality will take some time to get used to. You may as well use your training to get ahead of the game. It wouldn't hurt either, though, to do the first few hours in steam then switch.

Yeah, the weather wasn't too bad, but fortunately our storm season will soon be over and replaced with a period of nice weather followed by low IMC during our winter nights.
Hey J - your best video yet, very art deco at the start son !!! You throwing out the challenge ?? See you coped a bit of weather on route, my storm season is just about to start here in Australia. Sept through March - so you will see some storm videos in my Mirage over the coming months. Nice video mate.

Hey there,
It's nothing special. Just the video mode on the Canon SX 100 IS point-and-shoot camera.
