  • The so called 2d god just got His ass punished lol.

  • KO has great parrying and spacing, glad to see a good Yang in a game dominated by mediocre Yun players. Always enjoy seeing lower tier characters being played well, much more interesting.

He may have used the same bread butter move over and over but Mago kept putting himself in the same position and not adapting properly.

  • @aquaticaxle Yang isn't low tier at all

  • @Psychob0t

True, 6th isn't that low of a tier. Just that there are so many replays of the top three tier characters and not so many for anything besides them.

Personally I really like players like Pierrot, Yamazaki and Sugiyama.

  • wow, that speeddash into the corner at 1:39 was tricksy and gorgeous. Favorite part of the match

  • I haven't seen Mago play 3S before :o

  • Mago plays 3S? That's a surprise for me... if only there was Sagat was in Third Strike lol

  • @stretchypants123

mago has been playing third strike he just went to sf4 just like all the other fags because obviously they saw that they couldnt improve in sf3 soo "lets go to the easier one" aka sf4 :D

him and daigo ive seen MUCH better kens

  • @nightmarebooster Well, I agree that SF4 seems easier. I played 3S and I honestly think it's REALLY hard. Not for beginners. That's why they made SF4 as a user-friendly game that doesn't own everyone. That's why more people play it now. :)

  • @nightmarebooster you're a complete idiot.

  • @KingofKH

and how am i an idiot? u a ssf4 boy or something?

i clearly wasnt talking too u

  • @nightmarebooster stop embarrassing the 3rd strike community you idiotic coon.

  • why dont you just become a one trick pony too? i'm sure you'll off heads just as easy as KO...fucking spasticunt

  • KO should change his sn to "2D God Slayer" lol

  • Nice Yang!

  • This made me feel better about my performance at Evo. I beat mago in losers finals for out pool.

    yayayayayayayy.

  • Wow, I didn't know Mago played 3S..and he's good. haha

  • He hates 3s, and he doesn't even practice. lool

  • @seichusenmakoto also it doesnt take much to get good with ken with little practice anyways

  • Ive played kos yang, he isn`t a one trick pony...lol

  • 2d God Mago huh?

  • WHOAAA , giving that 5

  • OMG!!1 I think I wanna jerk off!

  • that was really awesome, announcer was hilarious too

  • Is that the cvs2 raping Honda player Mago?

  • That's what I thought. I don't know though...

  • Fantastic Yang.

  • well at least we know he knows that 1 move... its would be nice to see him not do the same thing over and over, but that goes for both of them.

  • It takes a little bit of 3rd Strike experience to notice all of the intricate micromanagement that goes into play like this... the so called "1 move" by itself is by no means a way of winning...there is a definite reason why KO is one of the top players in the entire world.

  • Think what you want. Just wanted to open up your mind a bit.

  • ARival's opinion is not his "alone" it's shared by everyone who knows anything about fighting games in general. Azure, not trying to be mean, but your opinion on a "one trick pony" and on use of yang's ex mantis slashes not only shows your inexperience when it comes to yang but on competitive fighting games period.

  • well said

  • I couldn't have put it better then that.

  • couldn't have said it better myself

  • Azure in whatever way you put it...what other combos could yang do?...yang isnt as versatile a character as ken (he has a LOT of other moves to combo with than hadouken)....there is a whole strategy behind using your so called "one trick pony" for yang...watch japanese yang players and youll probrably figure it out

  • i dont think people play ranbats to impress people.......they go there to win and do watever it takes....isnt that what ure suppose to do....

  • @samirhossain That actually is part of it. The impressing people part.

  • @magdefibrilator

Well, maybe I guess it is a secondary aspect of it. If I were lucky to play against the top players in Japan, I would just try to not get owned lol...at least whenever people play, they should just try to win (if they want to improve) and not worry about whether their opponent likes their style or not, I think people should be worried about winning more than trying to impress people

  • @samirhossain See, I don't see how one can win and improve through that. You improve in order to win. In order to improve you have to lose, at least that's how I see it. I don't see what there is to gain in winning besides bragging rights and the pot if that's what is at stake. Winning just validates what you're already doing and allows to relax, it's when you lose against someone better than you, that you realize just how much you have to improve in a certain area. Hope that makes some sense.

  • @magdefibrilator Its the approach and mentality that I am talking about. I agree that losing will help one to see in what aspects of the game that one should work on, yes that is definitely one way of improving. It is the motive for one to play. I think it would be easier for someone to improve if they just aim to just win, forget about flashy combos and others stuff to impress ppl. Playing to win and creating a habit through that I think it will definitely help someone improve at a faster rate.

  • Thats like saying its cheap for fei long to do rekka ken or chun li to be able to kick.

  • lol?, calling KO one trick pony.......you have no idea how ridiculously wrong u are. you don't become one of the best 3s players in the world being a one trick pony
