no question that montauk has great fish. however there is awesome fish from nyc to the end of the island and everywhere in between.

As a queens resident i have to say that theres plenty of big fish around not just at the "THE END".

Agreed on the Montauk thing... I used to summer out there as a kid, too. My brother also recently did some shark fishing out that way. Enjoy!

Cap'n Blair - Don't waste anymore time - head straight for Montauk and start enjoying some bigger game. Or just surfcast for some blues, enjoy some Tuna. It's all good. But definitely don't make the long trip up North and pass up on the pleasures of Montauk fishing! I remember those summers with my Dad like they were yesterday.
