Have you read the IPCC reports on global warming? I have. I am not ignorant. I know the fact that even the UN says that it is merely "likely" that man is causing global warming that is having any significant effect on biological systems. EVEN THE UN, which is clearly biased on the issue, can't say that man is causing any serious global warming.

LOL, he said carbon emission reductions, not Global warming. If global warming existed why did we have the most snowfall in North America in more than 50 years and why has the planet been cooling for 5 years. Be leader not a follower. Think for yourself or do you need the government to do that for you too?
