T-34 vs. Tiger was a ton of fun...right up until you realized they'd equalized the armor and lowered the 88's penetration characteristics so the T-34 would have a fighting chance. The 88 on the Tiger I could frontally penetrate and blow up a T-34/85 at over 1000 yards, but the game requires MULTIPLE frontal hits to accomplish the same at sub-500 yard ranges.
Totally historically inaccurate, ruins the fun, but makes the Russians happy. Fuck that nonsense.
This game is the ultimate WWII armor sim. If they would develop it further or even add Multi player feature to it then it would reign as undisputed king of WWII armor sim.
Too bad the developer didn't do well. But this is one GREAT game. Really captures WWII armor warfare.

Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942 have better gameplay (a random mission generator), graphic, smart AI than T34 vs Tiger. (but I love T34vs tiger LOL)
The publisher of both sims, Lighthouse, has gone bancrupt. Now taken by Graviteam. They will launch SF: Kharkov1943 in Q2 2009.

it's a Russian vs German theatre, that's why it's called Kharkov 1942, and there were no Americans there.
The 3 tanks are the Matilda, T-34 and Panzer IV.
