seems like those cops did a great job, but even though they are full of adrenalin and everything, a hit rate of 5 out of 12 shots seems to be a little bit too low..
Damn so many are on about how the cops hit him so few times out of the shots they fired. They only got a few shots to hit him because of the fact the suspect was shooting at them which would cause you to flinch and lower yourself to try instinctivley avoid being hit which would effect your aiming. I'm sure if they were at a police range they could hit targets twice the distance of where this scumbag was because of the fact they were standing still and not hyper with adrenalin.

Grand jury investigation against the cops?? Hard to believe they wasted the grand jury's time with that case, seeing how they have a video of the suspect pulling a gun. Pulling a gun out seems like a dumb move even for a meth head. The officers could have simply ran the guy over at several point in the video, but they showed restraint and did nothing to put the suspects life at risk, but after all that the guy pulls a gun, the cops had to respond with deadly force.
