The Leafs are so bad this year, that TSN is so desperate to keep them relevant that they've started showing where the crap Leafs stand in the "Stamkos sweepstakes". It's the most pitiful, saddest thing I have ever seen. First of all, Stamkos is good but he's no Crosby or Ovechkin. 2nd, Leafs have to win first pick in a lottery draw so it's not a sure thing. 3rd, one decent player won't be the savior the Leafs are looking for (just ask Sundin). The Leafs are Canada's biggest joke! Leafs suck!

you know why TSN gives the leafs so much coverage?? BECAUSE THE LEAFS MAKE TSN MORE MONEY THAN ANY OTHER TEAM. Yes it may be boring for you fans out there in Calgary or Edmonton, heck even Ottawa, but the point is Most of TSN's viewers are from the Toronto area(yes it does have to do with the large population.. so what?) and when they broadcast leaf games they still get more views than any other games. so what do they do? appeal to their #1 viewers.. Leafs fans!!

We all know Toronto is Canada's biggest single city market and that's why they get extra coverage on TSN and CBC. But it makes Toronto look pretty pathetic to the rest of the nation (which combined, outnumbers Toronto's population) when the Leafs' only highlights are possible higher draft picks they'll get for sucking. They would never bother to do that for Vancouver or any other Canadian team! Toronto may be the biggest, but they have Canada's consistently worst team. It just looks so stupid.

The holding call on Kubina and the hooking call on Sundin were very questionable, I think. The last goal probably should have been reviewed, but the more and more I watch the recaps of it, it seems pretty legit; As much as I hate to say that, I try to not be biased when it comes to my own opinion following the rules and regulations of the game.

I didn't see the game (CBC doesn't really show our games nationally anymore), and I missed SportsCentre, so I didn't see the reaction. But if I was Paul Maurice or any of the players, I would scream at the ref until he felt like he was 2 feet tall. I would also go to the boardmen and plead this case.

The goals were bullshit, dude. Especially the last one. Toskala had it under his legs for a good 3 seconds, and not only did the son of a bitch ref not blow the whistle, he didn't call Goaltender Interference when Langerburner clearly and forcefully pushed Toskala backwards in his net to the point that he was down on his back. The poor guy had no chance at it, and it wasn't his fault. Even Don Cherry was freaking out on the goal.

I don't know Steve, I thought those were clean goals, mainly because on both plays the puck entered the crease FIRST before the devils did, and because Toskala never had control of the puck they have every right to go for the puck, plus i don't believe they ran Toskala intentionally. I think when u add up those facts, that the refs made the right decision at the time,.. but how about Backstrom McCabe'ing the puck into his own to screw Washington's playoff hopes, LOL

Weeeeell. At least you Leafs fans in Toronto get to watch the games. I often rely on these videos after games because all I can do is check the final scores... Winnipeg was too apathetic to hold up a team (though on lots of radio stations they just complain and say "THE JETS WILL COME BACK ONE DAY!" ... even if they did, I probably wouldn't watch them) and Leafs TV isn't available here. If CBC decides to air the Sens or Canadiens game, us Winnipeggers are forced to just check scores.
