  • Secret is to put the ribs in some lightly salted water and bring it to a boil. Then lower the heat and simmer on low for an hour. Then cook your sauce and put it over the meat refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then you put them on the grill and grill for about 20 mins, turning every 5 mins and baste with sauce. They will be tender, and not too burnt, but with an excellent grilled taste.
