The ending, I'd say, makes this several times better than the original film. Her death was way too predictable. With this, and the sudden cut, it's a bit more ambiguous.

I was referring to the actual film to clarify. As this has a different ending obviously which I wouldnt say is official although the video was directed by Jonas Akerlund the same guy who directed the full lentgh 15 minute film.

@marylouelias basicaly she was trying to find sunny california where it was warm etc etc etc. And in the end she found that warm sunny place (the cremation). Its almost as if she dying takes her to california her personal haven. If you watch at the start when shes talking about the doll house its the same image as it is in the end scene when shes being created. Almost as if shes dead and remembering. hard to explain and its open to interpetation but I hope that helps.
