  • seat could come up bout half a foot!

  • I like the design a-la Softride but with the suspension where it should be. It also looks like it could be easily modified into a foldable bike. However, I don't see why you designed such a strange upright position for the rider. Position in upright bicycles has been studied for quite a long time and the results tested in competitions for decades.

  • Ok... So... "No pain, no gain" is actually an expression. Something like:

NO PAINS, NO GAINS. If little labour, little are our gains: Man's fortunes are according to his pains. – Hesperides 752.[3]

You can check the meaning of the term on Wikipedia.

...Besides the prototype, I gained a bit of fun, a patent and a lot of experience...

    Anyway, thanks for the comments!

Good luck to you too !

  • No pain = No gain !

  • custom made + any thing breaks = your screwd

  • Great Video. It's been two years. How has the patent come along and whats your next design? Please see my video of a linear push design

    Thanks

  • Thank you! The evolution of the model is available in our website: outplaybrasil. Liked very much your design as well. Looking forward to see it in action!!! Best Regards!

  • @ZombieBrainsForLunch

Don´t worry... Any comments are welcome...

The frame is quite strong, so it´s very unlikely to break...

Anyway, the new design of the bike is even safer... You can check it out in our website outplaybrasil. See ya.

  • very interesting. couple questions though. what software on the computer did you use and is it uncufterable?

  • Thanks for the comment. The software used was one of the most common in drawing and engineering, Auto Cad (Autodesk). And no... The bike is not uncomfortable at all. In fact, its ergonomics is basically the same of an ordinary adult bike... By the way, the evolution of the model is available in our website: outplaybrasil. See you.

  • @mbarbeto thanks man. good luck on any other projects u do.

  • I think it's a little bit strange, but I like it so much, congratulations

  • Thank you for the comment!

  • fucking awful!

  • Thanks!

  • @mbarbeto ..you're welcome!

  • up were the seat is there's a adjustment for the height of the seat? how was that made?

  • Yes, there is an adjustment mechanism for the height of the seat. Actually, this mechanism is pretty simple.

Basicaly, it´s a joint with two screws, placed under the gray concertina. Thanks for the interest!

  • Muito bom o vídeo, raramente vejo esse tipo de iniciativa e um vídeo/produto tão bem feitos!!

    Parabéns!

  • Valeu o incentivo! Obrigado!

  • like it

  • Thanks !! ; )

  • I think it's not good design. because the core of the body is too learn to backside. but your parctice and passion, effort are so exellent. I send to you a cheer deep in mind. do your best

  • Thanks for the comment and encouragement. I promise I´ll keep doing my best! See ya around!...

  • yeah i do agree it looks like the seet is sitting to far back. but without actualy ridding it i wouldnt be able to say hit or miss. but i will say it definately looks kool. how does it ride though being your the one that rides it. does it feel like its a little off ballance or does it ride like a normal bike.

  • The seat position is really a little bit further back than usual. Actually, this is my favorite position, but this distance is easily adjustable in this kind of bike frame. About the ride feeling, well... I was not the only one who checked it out, and, I'm very happy because all the people who rode the bike gave me excellent opinions about the ride feeling (anyway, it is not very different of a regular bike). Thanks!

  • whats new about it...just the geometry right?...does it have an advantage performance wise over regular bikes?

  • The geometry style is the main appeal. But yes, there are some performance advantages such as lower weight, faster acceleration and better drive control.

  • uol ficou style essa bike!!!!

    parabéns!!!
