-The surgery on the nose makes other features look different, such as a smaller nose makes eyes appear to be bigger.
-His vitiligo skin condition made us look at him as a white guy, with black features (minus the nose)
-He constantly changed make-up
-New hairstyles and wigs greatly change someones appearance

oh my goodness!!!!!with each operation he looks more awful!!!!i just cant unerstand why had done that to himself!!!!!i loved him the way he was naturally:black skin,normal nose etc.im absolutely sure that he has done more than two ops!!everyone who is not blind can see that if he wants to!!!!!!but most fans just dont want to face the truth!!!!i love him but the ops were shit!!!!!!!

@JackWhitBeat ok...first of all...he has VITILIGO! which caused his skin to turn white...second, he wears wigs (which doesnt require surgery, obviously) third he had TWO nose jobs, one because he broke his nose, and the next because he had difficulty breathing because if the first one wasnt done very well, and he also added a cleft into his chin...nothing out of the ordinary...almost everyone in hollywood has surgery!!! and the rest is just him aging!!!
