@tarutorte Hot damns! I can't read even a single Kanji/Hirigana/Katakana (and I call myself an Otaku - how pretentious is that!) I have since actually gotten some sake so I tend to just use that, but if I can use white wine then I will - it is cheaper for one thing!
But this dish is now one of my favourite things to cook - so simple, so tasty! And I'm getting faster all the time! ^(^_^)^
