C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) Allen West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders and enforcement our laws, but haven’t happened. (We’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act.) We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)
In November 2010, the unemployment rate was 9.8% with 15.1 million unemployed. (15.1 million/9.8%) = 154 million are able to work in the workforce. 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}
I ve been out of work for quite a while.I work residential construction in AZ. Which is a 'right to work state' which boils down to 'your pay is based on what wetbacks will accept for pay'
I hate the contractors with their all wetback field support and their arrogant barely legal foremen and supers.
I saw it coming but did nothing and ive been black balled myself with a few contractors who thankfully folded.
It has been a difficult decade dealing with stupid wetbacks so I'm done with the trade
Our new segregation. ICE is the new Gestapo. If these were whites from Canada who we forced into immigration, we would accept and deal with the consequences much more easily. But racism is what makes people vote.
Persecuting? No, prosecuting criminals isn't persecution. For entering our country is a CRIME. So why would enforcing the law be persecution?
Migrant workers make up only 3 percent of the total of illegals in our country, The other 97 percent do other type jobs. Including skilled blue-collar jobs paying more than many college-grad school teachers get [plumbers, electricians, auto mechanics, etc.].
What many Americans don't understand is that there are still some neighborhoods in the US which remain languishing without the wonderful benefit of mexico's music being blasted by neighbors 24/7, and the conveniences of well packed buildings and traffic, yards and streets bearing automobiles bumper to bumper, and chances to meet many amigos while standing in lines for a pleasant 2-3 hours in grocery stores and medical centers.
Therefore, millions more mexicans are clearly needed.
We are returning back to the libertarian free market economy before FDR, where the majority of people become expendable. Profit over people, no more government regulations, taxations and oversight.
"libertarian free market" never went beyond the border. We are many times beyond traditional immigration levels even in legal alone, let alone illegal.
Then what were Reagan's Structural Adjusment Programs on the IMF and World Bank? From support to help develope to privitizations and large profits. The Libertarian free market became their reality, and that is why they are here. You would be too!
Um, I would say congress would allow corporations to dictate. It is what congress does. Pass the responsibility and decision making to someone else, so they are free to spend the bulk of their congressional time, raising money for another run for office.
deport all illegals and arrest the employers.

Incorrect!
Illegals should be prosecuted and sent back to their original land!!
I am not a supporter of ILLEGALS! Why would any American? The word "Illegal"....do you understand what that means??
If a stranger breaks into your home "Illegally"- you have the right to shoot/kill that intruder! Why would all these illegals be any different??

"Increased Raids and Checkpoint Arrests Endanger Undocumented Immigrants"...
What a load of shit.
Typical left wing tactic to assign victim status to the perpetrator.
There are NO "undocumented immigrants" only tresspassers - CRIMINALS not "victims".
All are welcome to emmigrate to the U.S. THROUGH LEGAL CHANNELS, get in line and apply LEGALLY and you are welcome.
If you sneak through a hole in the fence like an animal DON'T WHINE IF YOU ARE TREATED LIKE THE VERMIN THAT YOU ARE!!!
