I don't think it was balsa that the Mosquito was built of. Rather it was plywood, likely spruce. Balsa is way too soft, like the writer's brain who wrote the script for the show.

Tha capacity is 160,000 lbs to 200,000 lbs and if you used car gasoline (probably not and 1.6 lbs of aviation fuel is 1 liter) it would cost (for a full tank) $100,000 to $125,000... :/

I think the SR-71 is way better engineered then this. The SR-71 was built in the 1960's, and the technology it employed stunned even the experts, since it was so advanced. Not that im saying the B-2 isn't badass, I just believe the SR-71 is the greatest, and will remain the greatest plane man kind has ever invented!

It was actually an F-117 Nighthawk. Not the same thing. The only B2 ever lost was in Guam, when it crashed on takeoff. Technical difficulties are more dangerous to the B2 than any Serbian aircraft defence system will ever be.

The american designers of the B-2 project went to museums in Germany to base the B-2 model on the german flying wings.

They were also planning to make another stealth plane that was much bigger then the 229, one that has the ability to travel long distances and drop bombs. They never finished building it as it was supposed to be built in 1946 (same time they were supposed to have nukes).

1 glider version and one powered airframe are all thats left.
