If any actor should have had a longer "run" as The Doctor it was Paul McGann. I've NEVER seen anyone sttle into the part more quickly than him, & I've been watching the show since "Spearhead From Space". Why Russel T Davies diddn't ask him back to at least do a proper regeneration I for one will NEVER know
Because Russell T Davies knows as much about what is good for Dr Who, than I do about where whales mate! RTD is a biological disaster. A Rival to JNT.
@therealKINDLE I'd say JNT is better since he produced some amazing stories. Sure his era was dodgy at times but the man was in office for nine years to keep the show going.
@Mike40135 He kept it going pointlessly. You cannot compare the JNT Years to the Jon Pertwee's Era & Tom Baker's first couple of Years. Just how you can't compare those to the Black & Whites that were Classic Science Fiction at it's Best. You only have to watch 'Dalek Invasion of Earth' & 'Moonbase' to realise that they were practically inventing history as they went along! Watching the New Crap makes me sad, to think that "Fury from the Deep" is missing & now we have "The Doctor's Wife" Crap.
Oh, Paul was wonderful and Eric certainly was no more camp than the other Masters-= mustach and leering.

I'll take Roberts, for all his faults, over Simm prancing around. Mind you, I think Simm *could* have been a good Master....if RTD had *let* him.
All of that said, good vid.

My fave part about the 7th to 8th regeneration is you can't really see the part where he changes.

It's great isn't it? Same with 1st to 2nd Doctor as well.

Yeah.Regeneration is awesome.

Except that you can, since a yellow wave washes over his body when he turns into McGann.

'Tribute to The Eighth Doctor and I suppose Eric Roberts as The Master as well (yes he was camp, but we still love him!).' Damn straight.

Now THAT'S more like it CL! Great first job and loved the ending. And 2.50 - lol.
But (and this is nothing to do with the video)... I just realised - Grace REALLY looks like Scully!
