  • Let me end the Pens v. Caps debate. Neither of those two teams will win the stanley cup anymore if Crosby and Ovechkin are their star players on their respectable team. No doubt both clubs produce exceptional regular season hockey but when it comes to playoff time they are both up the creek without a paddle. The only way to win the cup is to win a minimum of 16 games(which would be in a row) but since that is impossible some teams will play more than one game on the chopping block which would b

  • his hands were high which makes it a dirty IMO, but Ovy didnt do anything wrong to trying owns Orpik here. Right move for going to trhow a big hit, thats hockey,

  • @MrJuha82

are you autistic? He didn't have his hands up, he did after he got hit.. lol.

  • @ElysianD0n not sure whatever but i saw his right hand were high at the momentum when he threw his hit on Orpik. Good attempt to throw a hit i know but sometimes hands are high, usually not but i think NHL-hits of all the time are most of the time clean ones.

  • Ovechkin got him :D feb 21 2011!!

  • "what a collison by malkin there"?

  • @phreddy87 That juss shows that every commentator is on the pens and crysbabys d... real shit theyre not that great... greatness is the old school habs

  • @BAUERHOCKEY17 true dat

  • Everyone shut the fuck up

  • Comment removed

  • Hit on Orpik lol. I'm pretty sure it was the other way around. Ovechkin sucks cock compared to Crosby and Orpik will fuck Ovechkin day up anytime.

  • Hmm,funny, Actually that's a hit ON Ovetchkin. You don't fuck with Orpik. Especially trying to charge him and failing at it.

  • Too bad Ovechkin always disappears in the playoffs

  • @lukepghpa wow youre a retard. looks like you need to check ovies playoff stats again. sashas only problem is that for a while hes had to go the playoffs alone.

  • @domaanator Who's he beat? How many Stanly Cups has he won? Ovechkin is a punk...he'll be the Dan Marino of the NHL , tons of points but no rings

  • @lukepghpa you said he disappears in the playoffs, the facts are quite the opposite and you have no idea what youre talking about. while his team may disappeared, ov is always on the frontlines.

  • @domaanator Truly great players make everyone around them better...what bigger opportunity would Ovechkin have to do that than in the playoffs

  • @lukepghpa if you think he didnt try in the playoffs youre wrong. thats a fact. theres nothing to argue about.

  • @domaanator let me know when he wins a cup

  • @lukepghpa i have a feeling youll know

  • @domaanator Ovi is no closer to winning a cup than the Bills are to winning a super bowl. Or the Pirates are to winning a world series.

  • @brycegoettman this is an irrelevant and contextual reply, but thanks for your time.

  • @domaanator Actually it is a very relevant sports equivalent. Basically means it's a far far shot that the capitals will win in you life time.

  • @brycegoettman youre comparing a football team and a baseball team who have won championships but cant get into playoffs recently with a team that has been in the playoffs 4 times in a row as division champions, twice as conference champions. explain to me again how its a relevant sports equivalent.

  • @domaanator They have about the same chances of getting a title.... Would the San Diego Chargers serve as a better example? If so than you can relate those two franchises. Seem like winners and walk like winners but then the playoffs come and they are sure to disappoint. I understand it can be frustrating.

  • @brycegoettman thats an ignorant statement ovechkin is better then either of those guys without doubt, look who both of them have supporting on their team, now look at ovechkins support

  • LOl Owned. What were you thinking, Ovy?? That's Orpik!!

  • It actually looks like Ovy was hurt more than Orpik

  • @guitarbutt Datsyuk is sick, but I like Ovechkin more

  • Dude, NOBODY got shit on Ovechkin. If you think he's shit, go out there and puts your skates on and try to skat as fast as him, hit as hard as him, shoot as hard as him, score a ton of goals like him. Everybody says Crosby is better. Kiss my ass to those people, Crosby is fed all game. Ovechkin leads his team and is starting to pass more. He's changing his playing style for the better of his team. I'd like to see any body do that. What a champ, and what a leader on the ice.

  • @NOMNOMNOM192837465 his ego is cutting his talent off limb by limb, he will be back though

  • @NOMNOMNOM192837465 OVY is an in your face Brute dirty player. Crosby is finesse and skill. Sit back and watch replays for an hour and get back to us... Ovy's goals are mostly, ugly, forceful ungraceful goals. Crosby has style, skilled hands, great skating, and mad power. I hate to watch Ovy play because the game just looks so ugly and chaotic. Crosby amazes and makes incredible plays that, if it weren't for the gift of slow motion, our brains likely could not even comprehend.

  • @OhMyFuckingG No he has talent. I remember his first year playing in the NHL. Nicest goals in his career. But I admit Crosby has skill too but Ovechkin can step it up and play but he just has to realize and do it. And I watched the replays for about 2 and a half hours. Ovechkin as a rookie has WAY nicer goals than Crosby. And before you reply, think about what are you gonna do. Troll on the internet all you want I don't care. Come find me and say shit punk. You are right though he can improve

  • @NOMNOMNOM192837465 Lol Dude I didn't talk any shit at all, especially on you; What's all this about trollin and finding you? Lol dude you need to relax.

  • @OhMyFuckingG lol I didn't have my breakfast thats why

  • @OhMyFuckingG your stupid and wrong.

  • "do a barrel roll!"

  • it doesnt matter if you get destroyed trying to hit someone, a succesfull check is you knocking the man off the puck, buuuuut its best not to take yourself out of the play lol

  • This is wat the nhl should do next time ovechkin tries to take another cheap shot on somebody

  • lol

  • nice hit

  • yeah too bad half the times ovechkin should be suspended for taking runs at people

  • yeah too bad half the times ovechkin should be suspended for taking runs at people

  • everyone can go and fuck themselves Alexander Ovechkin is currently the best player in the world.

  • @backstrom2k8

Yeah, cause his season has been so great so far. You know, what with his 29 goals, comings and goings because he's "injured". Yeah, He's clearly the greatest player in the world. Pull your head out of your ass.

  • @emeraldrafael Up yours everyone has they're bad years jezus if you were a true hockey fan and grew some balls you would know that ovi along with crosby and stamkos and many others are all amazing players and are all the best in theyre own catagorie...

Its mainly cause of the style change

  • @zZBananaManZz

Theres no excuse for ovi if he's so great at his caliber. he wears the C, he leads the team. Tell him to get better and not cry and bitch that he's Injured. The Captain leads the team, the captain should set the example. Lecavalier leads his team, Crosby leads his team. OVi goes in invisible and falls apart as soon as his team falls apart.

He sucked in the playoffs, then he ran with his tail between his legs to Russia when he lost.

  • @emeraldrafael Whatever and he did pree good in the playoffs not amazing but good plus ill be the first too admit it ovi isnt a great captain but hes probably the best pick on the team

Of course hes gonna go to team russia think bout it that means he loves hockey

  • @zZBananaManZz

Well he'd better be the best pick on their team for the money he gets and his so called "talent". Even still if your best is crap, that still makes him crap. it just means hes the best crap in a team of crap.

  • @emeraldrafael Well hes scored more then anyone post lock out so STFU 65 goals when the last time that happened

  • @zZBananaManZz

Yeah, you notice how easy it is to score since then? Also, no cup, so STFU.

  • @emeraldrafael WTF are you kidding me in yeah maybe from 1999 too 2005 it was hard to score but have you ever realized how easy it was to score in lemieux/gretsky days? its much harder now

  • the thumbnail on this video is HILARIOUS

  • Haha, you gotta love having Orpik on your team. He''s a tough guy.

  • i was at this game. That was hilarious seeing Ovechkin once again fail haha

  • OV WENT FOR IT ALL if he would of connected it would have been fuckin lights out and everyone knows it! it was the playoffs and ov was playin on that top level

  • Trying to be a tough guy FAIL

  • @WillHapgood2

only faggots say fail. just thought i'd let you know.

  • @yourewrong12 Only faggots bitch over the internet. Just saying.

  • @WillHapgood2

    good comeback.

  • @yourewrong12 Cheers babe

  • i didnt know ovechkin could do backflips :O

  • An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted upon by an unbalanced force; An object in motion will remain in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force

  • ovechkin hot on orpik

    or orpik owns ovechkin?

  • @whatup703 Dude you need glasses...Who went for the hit?.. Ovie. Idiot!

  • Dude imagine What Ovi Was Seeing When He Was In The Air Like That

  • the first angle looks like he did a backflip

  • Ovi is by far one of the craziest players in the NHL

  • He almost just bounced off until he tripped crosby..

  • Game 7 wsh vs mtl goal was disallowed ( bullshit call ). Game 7 pit vs mtl, pit lost fair and square. defend that.

  • @Pee1314 THANK YOU FINALLY. espn analysts went over the tying goal and said they got robbed of that one.

  • i have nothing against ovi but i think its unfair how people defend ovis hits because its ovi but if it was some no name guy who throws the same hit people would be talking about 5-10 game suspensions

  • Invisible against Montreal? I watched that series and at least he was getting shots on net and scoring a few goals. You can't say that about a good number of his team mates who didn't show up to play. Hate him or love him no one can deny he is amazing and will be a force for a looooooong time

  • @boyrandom72 Couldn't agree more with that comment. If Ovechkin is so good, how come he was invisible in the playoffs against a marginal Montreal team? Great players are supposed to lead their teams to championships. So far, I don't see any rings or gold medals for him.

  • @dkdanielkost Its a whole team effort, Ovi cant carry the whole team by himself. We have a good first line but our 2nd and 3rd line needs work and we need a good defensive pair. Also we need our better goalie. Just because he was "invisible" in the playoffs doesnt mean he wasnt leading his team

  • @Blizzx987 Better then my team. . .

freaking leafs, we need to work on everything. . .

  • Well, EpicLulz, when you go to hit somebody, you're not supposed to get put on YOUR ass.

  • @HckyPwn3r16

seeing how Brooks got knocked on his ass i dont see how he "owned" anyone

  • with all the new shitty rules guys like ovi are the only reason i even watch hockey anymore. Bettman turned it into a euro league and i hate it

  • YOU better play that way in the PLAYOFFS son, thats the time to put it all on the line but lets be real- Ovechkin puts it all on the line all the time and thats why hockey fans like me love him and the most pethetic thing about the negativities is the only reason they dont like him is hes..........from another country! lol , sorry canada but thats just weak

  • @ggqbc no people dont like ovie cause all his "great hits" are him taking runs at people. charging has been a rule for a while look it up. hes a big bitch boy and has yet to figure out what two way play is.

  • That was one of the crazier ideas Ovy's had in his career, along with almost beheading himself and Mike Green. That dude has a screw loose.

  • @jthittinger He's russian and skates 30 miles per hour. haha control isn't his strong suit

  • @jthittinger And that's why we love him, crazy and talented is a good insane combination.

  • @jthittinger which is why we love him :)

  • @jthittinger You gotta admit its fun as shit to watch

  • im a huge hockey fan, ovechkin is a dirty player but a great player, the dirty makes ppl hate him and he'll prob end his career because of the dirtyness or someone will end his career because of being dirty. He has the potential to be the second coming of gretzky if he doesnt try being dirty especially against players thatll be able to put up a great fight. leave being a dirty player to enforcers

  • @tylersuehr7 no no no, dirty....possible. Ovechkin sure as hell is not the second coming of Gretzky. Ovechkin is a unique player, a type of player the game has never seen before, think before u speak. 2nd, Ovechkin is the best athlete the game has ever seen, and in my opinion is the 2nd most prolific player only 2 Gretzky. Hitting, Thats another part of his game that makes him unique, the fact that he not only trys but wants to hit. Other greats even close to his skill could not hit like him.

  • The buzzing of flys to Orpik....free CANDY!!

  • Ovie is a complete player, I wish there was 1,000,000 more like him.

  • Ovie's gotta stop leading hits with his knees. Bad news for him and whoever's MCL he's blowing out.

  • What what a shock, ovy left his feet again! Ovy is the dirtest player in the league. And the worst player! Go Pens!

  • @videogamefreaks101 i'm not too big of a fan of ovie lately but he wasn't even close to leaving his feet on this hit

  • I love how at the last second, pussy orpik tries and gets out of the way which cause ovie to flip.

  • @SniperDeal Yeah, cause getting out of the way of a hit is really stupid. Pot, meet kettle

  • @GhostWalker40 Okay buddy? All im saying is that Orpik got outta the way which caused Ovechkin to flip. I don't know why you're menstruating.

  • @SniperDeal No that wasn't "all you were saying". You said he was a pussy because he tried to get out of the way. Who gives a fuck why divechkin flipped. The point is he tried and failed, like the loser that he is.

  • @GhostWalker40 Okay you obviosuly no nothing if you think Ovechkin is a loser? The guy that basically leads the NHL in goals, and points pretty much every year.

  • @SniperDeal He basically DIDN'T. (Crosby, Sedin) Ovie will end his own career.

  • @SniperDeal LOL @ Ovie hitting Orpik......

  • Ovi trys too hard, wayy too hard and just embarrases himself.

  • I dont think it would be considered a hit if you recieve more of the impact

  • How'd you like the Free Candy, Ovie?

  • Ovechkin reminds me of Bobby Orr

  • @GNSstudios I think Ovy is overrated IMO.

He hasnt showed anything good in World Champion and Olympic Games.

He is more one-dimensional player who always tryes to shoot a goal, never gives a pass.

    Too selfish player to me.

  • Ovechkin= greatest player in the world. He obviously would have had the most goals and points again this year if he didn't play like 9 less games than Sedin, Crosby and Stamkos!

  • @PresidentPimp crosby is better... so is malkin...ovi is damn good .. but he lacks is some areas that count

  • @rpovlik How is Crosby or Malkin better? Are some of the areas hitting? No, Are some of the areas backchecking? No, Are some of the areas passing? No (Check his assists) Are some of the areas being a team player? No. Are some of the areas goal scoring? No. going hard in the corners. Ovechkin simply doesn't have a weakness! He is the best player on the planet by far and the most dominating/complete player since Eric Lindros (before concussions obviously)

  • @PresidentPimp wow but how many cups does ovi have!!!!!!????????? how many olympic golds does ovi have?????? ya thats what i thought

  • @jz1187 True he has zero, but last time I checked hockey is a team game!

  • @jz1187 oh yeah how many cups and olympic golds does Ken morrow have? Who!!!exactly???? You might have to google his name to know who i'm yalking about. Does that mean that Ken Morrow is better than Ovechkin as well?

  • @PresidentPimp He is selfish player, that is his worst weakness.

A hockey is teamplay and hes selfish no no.

In Team Russian he never gives a pass if u know his games in World Champion or Olympic Games, thats 100%clear thing.

I think he is a bit one-dimensional because always trying a shot in offense, never anything else way, always same style.

But of course hes very good player and funny as hell, energetic.

  • @PresidentPimp hahah ok hold on, when was eric lindros the best player in the world? 1993? and since then nobody has been better than him? jagr, forsberg, sakic, yzerman, fedorov, hull, etc. all worse than lindros???? hahahahahahah ok ok. ill accept that i guess, and now you think ov can pass better than crosby??? hahahahahahah o man. youre too funny. just so you know, when mike knuble knocks in an ov rebound it counts as an assist, even though the puck was never passed... just sayin.

  • @goat6668 Lindros was the most dominating best overall player. Fights, hits, passes, scores etc.... I love the other guys you mentioned they just couldn't check and fight like him. My thing is that we just came off the greatest era in the NHL of all time and the media wants to make Crosby out to be like a Gretzky, Messier, Yzerman, Lemieux etc... the list goes on and on from 85-05. The league sucks compared to what it just was from that era. Crosby can't even tie their laces.

  • @PresidentPimp and you seem real tied up on this fighting/hitting thing. how many star players do you know that can play at a top 3 level and do that? i cant think of any. and dont say ov, hes never dropped the gloves. i used to think the 90s was the best era of hockey. it was great hockey. but ov and sid would rip the nhl apart in the 90s. ov can shoot harder than probably 99% of the league back then, and sid can outskate most of them too. were seeing faster/stronger players every year now...

  • @PresidentPimp so to say that sid cant hang with the alltime greats is just being part of the old boys club that thinks that nobody will ever be as good as gretz. put gretz one on one with sid and sid will beat him 99/100 times. the real comparison is that gretz was more dominant for the time than sid is for his time. people still say rocket richard is one of the best all time. rocket richard couldnt make an nhl roster if his life depended on it now. its all in the context of the league.

  • @goat6668 That's pretty extreme to say the Rocket wouldn't even make an NHL roster. The guy was great, he would be one of the best players today. Same with Gretzky. You have to remember back then they didn't lift all that much, the sticks were nothing compared to the ones today. If they were born in the 80's, they'd both be dominant today

  • @bags258 im aware that its because they know how to condition themselves better today and whatnot, but all the same, it is what it is. if sidney crosby played in the nhl during the 50s, he would be the fastest, strongest, best player in the league. hed put up probably no less than 250 goals and 250 assists a season. its a different time, rocket dominated his day, but i seriously believe he wouldnt make an AHL roster, nor an NHL roster nonetheless.

  • @goat6668 If Sid or Ovi played back then they would have dominated no question, but in the 50's neither would have been as big or strong. And there are people in the NHL like Quinton Laing. Rocket would easily be on an NHL roster. I think you might be underestimating his skill set. He was tremendous and if he were in the NHL today he would still be a solid player.

  • @bags258 maybe i am underestimating him, but i would need to see him skate next to some nhlers to make an accurate judgement. i cant imagine he could outskate ANYONE in the league now. i hear what youre trying to say, i do, and if im wrong, then im wrong, but i just cant imagine rocket could crack an AHL roster now. were just too big and fast. i would guess his head would just fall off watching how fast we go now.

  • @goat6668 How old are you? Like have you ever seen highlights of the rocket in his prime? The guy could skate, not to mention the skates were much heavier back then. And he could easiler crack an AHL roster. The skill he had was incredible, not to mention his toughness.

  • @bags258 what difference does it make how old i am? listen, ive seen the rocket in action, yea. he was dominant back then for sure. but unless i find out how fast and strong he actually was compared to the players nowadays i have no way to know hed be able to compete. its a safer assumption to go with that im saying.

  • @goat6668 I was just wondering if you'd seen him play enough, that's all. And your right it is hard to compare him with guys from now to back then without seeing them next to each other, but it's just not fair to assume he wouldn't be good today.

  • @goat6668 Crosby would just be a regular player in that era. Clutching and grabbing was big watch any playoff game from 85-05 I like the game a little better now because they cleaned up a lot of it i'm just saying that all players had to deal with it before and they didn't act like the world was ending when they got touched. Crosby is a good player, but I would like to see other players getting mentioned as well not just Crosby Crosby Crosby Ovechkin Crosby Thats why most fans boo him.

  • @PresidentPimp The only thing that REALLY changed after the lockout was that things that SHOULD'VE been penalties before the lockout are now called...except now they also call a lot of ridiculous bullshit that should never even be considered a penalty.

  • @PresidentPimp well first of all, is see ESPN show ov about 15 times more than crosby. NBC pushes crosby, but how is that crosbys fault? booing a player because the media surrounds him is moronic. its not like hes lebron and makes sure the press is watching him, i bet you hed LOVE some time to himself. however, sid would rule the 90s. he already gets clutched and grabbed. no, not as much as he would back then, but hed adjust. hes a strong as jagr. hed make it happen.

  • @goat6668 Crosby is just not as good as the guys that just retired were. If you don't know that you might be about 10 years old and i'm an idiot for conversing with a 10 yr old over the great game of hockey! Like really thinking Crosby or anyone else in the league is as good as Messier, Gretzky, Yzerman, Lemieux is retarded.

  • @PresidentPimp ok, think what you want, but you need to get over teh whole "80s and 90s are the best" bias. i did. sure, the hockey being played was exciting, but if you can seriously believe that crosby wouldnt shell those 80s goalies for about 300 pts a season youre insane. ill say it again, hes faster, stronger, and smarter than everyone that played back then. goalies are better now than theyve ever been and sid has put up 120 pts as a 19 year old. he would dominate the 80s.

  • @goat6668 Ok dude think what you want. Talk to me when he reaches the 600 goal club. He won't even get close to 600 let alone 700. Ovechkin probably will if he doesn't get injured. You know everything that's why you post back to everyone on youtube. Crosby getting 300 points a season, you're either 10 years old, or retarded. Crosby isn't even the best player now. I hope he get aids and gives it to you. Bye!

  • @PresidentPimp hahah mature, real mature. and no shit he wont hit 600 goals. ov hitting 600 if he doesnt get injured hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. you know, ov fans are so much funnier after a few beers. keep living in a fantasy world presidentpimp. if crosby isnt the best player now (which hes not), ov isnt top 10. maybe not even top 20. anyone can float around my man, it takes skill to actually play the game correctly. when ov learns that, come find me again. hahah

  • @goat6668 Dude one more thing Ovechkin has three straight pearsons (now called Ted Lindsey), which is MVP voted by the players. I really don't care. I'll stick with my Messier, Yzerman, Lemieux, Gretzky any day of the week. Ovechkin and Crosby are now the stars of the league I get it. They don't even play the same position, but get compared to each other. That doesn't even make sense, but everyone still wants to do it anyway including me. I like the old NHL one of the few that do probably.

  • @goat6668 You're probably a cool guy. I was just talking shit earlier. I like the old NHL because it took skill and grit. I am just not ready to hear how great the new stars are in the league after watching legends for nearly two decades having to play clutch and grab hockey for most of it. The NHL should probably market more than just Crsby and Ovechkin. Where the hell is the Kane, Toews, Parise, Sedin twin ads at? It's the same with Lebron everyone already forgot about Jordan.

  • @PresidentPimp yea ov has won 3 straight pearsons, but thats voted on by the players. yea, its a good award to get, but did ov seriously deserve it this year? id say no. how sedin didnt get both is kinda lame. a lot of players out there dont like sid. if i were in the nhl voting, id vote against a player i hate even if he was best, but regardless, yea hes won the award 3 times. as far as marketing new players, toews and kane are going to be all over the place next season. i have no problem...

  • @goat6668 the nhl using sid and ov to try to gain popularity. everyone knows them, and theyre young, theyve got a lot of potential. its hard to use somebody like datsyuk because he barely speaks english, and plays on a team that isnt too exciting to a new hockey fan. plus, its hard to market a player when people cant pronounce their names... the nhl doesnt do a good job marketing, but at least they dont waste their money trying to get people into stupid players. they just use whats popular.

  • @PresidentPimp o yea, and by the way, crosby is better at backchecking (infinitely), passing, being a team player, and he outscored ov this year did he not? with like 200 less shots nonetheless. going hard in the corners... thats crosbys MO.

ovs weaknesses= passing, defense, shot blocking, winning big games, and hitting the net with more than 10% of his shots. o and staying on his feet when he hits, cant forget that one.

typical ov fanboy, knows NOTHING about what he says... see ya pal.

  • @goat6668 First off I have played my whole life, Where and when have you played? Second fan boy???? I am a NYR fan, so don't know where the fan boy thing comes from. Passing check assists, Ovechkin played what 10 less games this year one less goal same amount of points. He obviously would have had more goals than Crosby. Face it Ovechkin is the best player on earth. Winning big games your right Crosby has won a cup, but Ovechkin will win one or two maybe three as well in his career.

  • @PresidentPimp ok, i respect some of what you said. first, i dont play anymore, its a lot of money, and i dont have it. i quit all my sports though, football was my best. its irrelevant though. rags, i like em, theyre my 2nd team, and im a pens fan. just always loved em. ov may have had as many pts with 10 less games, but his linemates werent scrubs like sids. ov wouldnt be able to hang with dupuis/kunitz/guerin on his lines. probably nobody could. sid made it ALL happen. his team is trash.

  • @PresidentPimp yeaa, theres a reason he didnt have the same amount of games as them. Ovechkin does not suck, he has skill, just not as much as you credit him for. and if you say that hockey is a team game, well the team he plays for (obviously Capitals) couldnt make it to the cup that year :)

  • Crosby power

  • to be a great hockey player you need three things heart attitude and skill. ovechkin has skill (more than crosby) but crosby has alll three. and this year guess what? ovechkin had a better team around him this year and they didnt go anywhere. crosby is a better captain (stopped being a pussy) then ovi... ovi tries to do everything himself and is way to reckless. ovechkin thinks the puck has to be on his stick every time up the ice and that is what seperates them the most. crosby is better

  • ovechkin sucks at body cjecks to say the least... he has seriosusly done this like 500 times... he tries to check someone and ends up flying into the boards. check out the one where he tries to lay out Malkin and then when he epicly fails he gets a russian temper and goes after Malkin.

  • lol ovi=FAIL on this hit

  • Isn't that charging?

  • Ovechkin isn't close to being a better player than Crosby. Crosby's a pussy? Ovechkin only has a reputation as a big hitter because he JUMPS into all his checks, like this. He's not tough, he's dirty. Whenever a hit similar to this one happens again, and he breaks his neck, i'll laugh.

  • @ chicago couldnt have said it better

  • @chicago859 lets look at the career stats for both of them ovechkin rookie season:54 goals 56 assists for 106 points second year:46 goals and 46 assists for 92 points third year:65 goals and 47 assists for 112 points forth year:56 goals 54 assists for 110 points and this year: 50 goals and 59 assists for 109 points and he only played 72 games and almost beat crosby again. in goal scoring.

  • @Chicago859 rookie year for crosby:39 goals and 63 assists second year:36 goals 84 assists for 120 points third year:24 goals and 48 assists for 72 points. forth year:33 goals 70 assists for 103 points and this year:51 goals and 58 assists for 109 points and ovie was one goal behind him and played 9 games less then him overall stats for both crosby:183 goals and 323 for 506 points and 371 games played. ovechkin:369 games played 269 goals 260 assists for 529 pionts.

  • @mentalxmarine Ovechkin played 396 games, not 369.

  • And Alexander Semin occasionally plays on his line as well. All of those guys are pretty damn good players and it's ridiculous to say otherwise.

But anyways mentalxmarine, are you gonna change that 369 games to 396 or are you just going to leave it as a lie and make it seem like Ovie played 2 less games then Crosby when in fact he played 28 more?

  • @jimmofosty meh to much effort to change

  • @mentalxmarine then I'll just leave my comments up there calling out your lie.

  • @Chicago859and one more crosby has had malkin most of his career hes a great player to pass too and recieve passes from for goals ovechkin has had no one! hes carried the caps to what they r now! they were good this year but overall hes carrered his team crosbys had malkin the stats prove tht ovechkins better u cant denie it and win u cant!

  • crosby had a better team around him for the cup and the olympics. Ovechking is the best hockey player to ever play. plus crosby is a gay look of like andy samberg

  • haha he does look exactly like him

  • @brosephjoseph101 there is no way in hell that ovetchkin is better than gretzky lemieux or crosby

  • Because Crosby had a better team doesn't mean Ovechkin's better. Ovechkin plays great because he plays on an all star line. Backstrom, Knuble, Green and Semin occasionally playing with them. And so what if Crosby looks like some famous comedian. At least he doesn't give little kids nightmares. Ovechkin has the scariest goddamn face the nhl has ever seen.

  • @jimmofosty hes fucking russian!! what do u expect! and crosbys canadian huge diffference on facial apperiances.

  • lol I thought the jokes on how they looked was a...joke?

Oh by the way I read your comment below about Crosby having Malkin and Ovechkin having "no one!". I guess you don't watch Pens hockey. Crosby centers the first line with Billy Guerin and Chris Kunitz playing left and right wing...mediocre players at best. Malkin centers the 2end line and Staal on the third. Who does Ovie have on his line? N. Backstrom, Mike Knuble, Mike Green and (arguably the best offensive defenceman in the league).

  • @GetHalo350s

    sidney crosby:

    olympic gold medal

    stanley cup cup ring

as a player u would rather win then be called better then sumone

  • @enaz69ar I would rather be called better than to win. Winning is a team thing, being called better is an individual thing and like T.O. once said, I love me some me! I would rather have more goals and points in my career than win 10 cups and a couple golds that's just me though. I'm just happy if i'm the best my team can be in last place for all I care. I get what you're saying though.

  • crosbys a leader and works better with a team than ovi how is more about individual stats, etc.

    btw ovi is on roids

  • did you see him in the olympics? more like Alice Ovechkin against Canada! hahaha did have a good CLEAN hit on Jagr!

  • yup, he goes knee to knee at 0:09...typical ovechkin.

  • that's fine ovenchicken, brooks orpik has won a stanley cup and a silver medal while you haven't even come close to winning either one.

  • His body will fail in another 2-3 years With hits like that

  • @goalscr12 good point. i'm not an ovechkin fan, but i don't want to see players ending their careers with severe injuries, and whenever i look at ovechkin play he reminds me more and more of eric lindros. let's just hope he doesn't end his career the way lindros did.

  • @goalscr12 since when did hockey fans become such pussies

  • o dude trust me I'm a huge Caps fan so I'm on Ovi's side. he is getting to be a much better passer

  • ovbitchkin got pwned

  • everyone says the rivalry is between ovechkin and crosby. but i see it much more between orpik and ovechkin.
