Dälek is "too hip" for what the mainstream has defined as hip-hop. Thank god there are still groups that keep it true like this. I'm copping this new album today and spreading the word.
The spirit of hip hop is alive in Dalek. Taking and making something new with everything and anything around you. Experimenting is the key. Anyone who says they are noise is missing the point. Afrika Bambaataa sampled Kraftwerk for 'Planet Rock'. Unheard of back then.
