Btw I guess South Sudan has probably the cheapest oil in the world but they don't have oil pipelines for the sea because North Sudan blocks them, so it's not easy to sell it for oil tankers. Now oil companies could make lot of money by making new pipelines to the sea

I'm not sure I buy any of this. The wholesale cost of a barrel of oil is only around 11 bucks before it leaves Saudi Arabia. Once it gets into the oil corporation's hands it reaches $145. It's American corporate greed that is the problem - so stop blaming it on the Arabs! Don't believe me? Exxon's profits alone last year was over 40 billion. That's after all salaries, distribution, refinery costs and expenses.
