@Rambosee: Silly person, dtilt and dair are two totally separate things. One cannot dtilt while in the air.

And the projectile play is the most developed playstyle of all Link's playstylees. It's just common sense- why risk close combat when you can inflict damage from a distance? You didn't even use a hookshot ;-;

Toon link is a good character...... except when he is used by the general public. Always using down a in the air, spamming arrow, not having any fucking skill whatsoever, 'sign'....... However if he is used correctly which 99.9999999099% of people who use toon link match the above criteria that i listed don't use him correctly, then he is pretty rape.

@Metagrump If you are saying that little projectiles and that no dtilt is bad, then i can imagine you you spamming dtilt every time in the air and overusing projectiles like every other link player. However, if you are saying that's a good thing, i totally agree with you, every link should play like this: no spamming down tilt, and no spamming projectiles.

ok link is duh, stronger, but slightly less agile and slower, he is mid wieght and toon link is lightwieght and a little weaker, but is faster and jumps higher, toon link against long range atackers like ddd, or math or ike can hit toon linke with thier big wepaons, making it hard for toon link to get up close to atack, link has more distance to atack but will have trouble against smaller and faster characters like ness, or kirby. depends on ur style :)i play as both

Link also defeated Ganon in younger form. Read the manuals of the Zelda games on Nes. Btw. My favourite is still the 'original' Link though I like the extra toonish variant as well, it adds something to the Zelda franchise.

@Skatefreak43 Sorry, but you are incorrect. Each Link in a Zelda game is a reincarnation of the last. They each have only fought Ganon once. Also, did Adlut Link beat Ganon as a kid? No, he got thrown aside like garbage. Toon Link is probably one of the most powerful versions of Link.

(Now, I may be wrong, but some reincarnations of Link had multiple games. WW Link was one of them, therfore giveing him more experiance than TP Link.

yea link does have more power and is easier to kill with, but his recovery is just so horrible that its not enough to make up for his power, and he isnt on the speed side either. TL's only problem is getting the kill and he's too light

I'd don't really see the difference between links recovery and TL's recovery. Basically the same distance covered. An added factor that im not positive about, I think in a fight bt link and TL links sword reaches out further giving him the advance.

The recovery diff is major, but link does have longer reach, and TL is a hit and run person cause of his short range, thats y with TL u have to use projectiles and ariels alot, especially Bair, and links arials r good but not TL standards
