Does anyone know the range of a flashbang? Because there's been times I've popped one in a room or bomb site in de_dust 2, I've then entered the area before the 6 seconds of downtime expires and people have just instantly shot me, clearly not suffering from the effects of the flashbang I've just chucked in. I can only assume it's a range issue?

why does it matter if you are spottable? You have flashed the guy any way so he is blind and you can just go and kill him.

because when enemy spots a flash he will run for cover so its better for you if he dont know from where the flash came from...

A good thing to do is run forward as u trhow ur flashbang then run back. to take cover. flashbangs are trhown futher if running forward. but they hardly go anywhere if u trhow one running back. well this is with all grenades

meh, i find flashbangs to be completely useless since they are easily dodged...... just turn away from the flash really quick, and if u can, look into a corner and the flash will either not effect u or last half a second, but on the otherhand, noobs call flashhacks on ppl like me

get to the sdie of the wall and starfe in the direction..(DID YOU KNOW THAT?)

lol this tutorial is so USELESS your nates are also totaly stupid and you hide yourself from flashs LOL turn with the back to the flashs and the effect is minimal and you are faster at the area you wanted to flash
