They did a series of these radio ads and aired them on radio stations with predominantly black audiences in an effort to get more black voters to vote Republican. Actually it wasn't a Herman Cain ad, but it IS his voice. In 2006 Cain wasn't running for anything. He was a talk show host and also the spokesperson for Americas PAC. They did a series of these radio ads and aired them on radio stations with predominantly black audiences in an effort to get more black voters to vote Republican. His press release about the ad campaign is still on mmdnewswire dut com.
