yes, he dosn't have seemed to aged... this also improves the visual authenticity of the storyline... from approximately 1940s-1990s (this is in connection to red alert) he has not aged... And his appearance during the tiberiun sun in the 1990s has also not changed up to the current present timeline, which if you include C&C 4, is around 2060-2090... making him almost 200 years old...

C&C4 is apparently going to tie up all the loose ends and finally tell us what the hell Kane is, why he doesn't age and why he doesn't die after being shot, stabbed, irradiated, bombed and orbitally bombarded for 200 years and why he's got such a hardon for experimenting with Tiberium

Well my loyalty with EA on their C&C project has changed quite rapidly over the last 3 months since "me" looking forwards to C&C 4, I'm now absolutely furious with them over their change of gameplay methods. So much so, that I egged on many C&C fans to just upload the FMV's to YouTube so that I we could just watch all the videos to know what will happen eventually in the last C&C.

Mmm, I don't literally despise everything EA has done, I mean thankfully they put the time & funds in with Crytek for Crysis , an I do like some of the NFS's, MOH's too, I have C&C 3 - T W & R A 3 sitting on my shelf, (Kane's Wraith on the to buy list still) I like those C&C's, and I'm a C&C veteran since 95, but what they have done with C&C 4 is outrageous gameplay wise, so I actually would prefer they didn't make any more C&C's (In any C&C universe) if there to be like C&C 4.

I've seen on many forums, gamers completely diss'n Tiberium Wars simply because it was a product of EA, and they say they disliked Kane's Wraith just a little less for the same reason, whilst actually, I thought that C&C 3 TW was(is) in fact absolutely fantastic, gameplay, story, and imo the graphics engine in C&C 3 is still unmatched for an rts as far as I'm concerned, lets see if SC 2 changes that. I actually let EA away with it and liked RA 3 too, lol but yes C&C 4 was awful. 8)

I've only learned recently that people who bought EA The Sim's 3; Many actually can't even play the damn game! Now that's an expensive non playable shiny disk.

I haven't played The Sim's since the first one though, since EA completely changed that as well, putting aliens etc into it!? So they decided to take the Scrin out off C&C and just put aliens into The Sim's...lol, they be smoke'n some serious meth over there lol.

I agree and I really enjoyed C&C 3 and KW. But having recently downloaded and replayed Tiberian Sun I actually think that in many ways the original westwood team were probably more creative. Tiberian Sun was kinda panned at the time, but I actually think it had a more interesting and engaging campaign and the voice of CABAL for Nod was fantastic - they really should have fleshed that whole story arc out better for KW and made more of it.

C&C 3 & KW are fantastic.

But I still have the disks & original boxing for Westwoods C&C - TS & C&C - FS.

After completing C&C 95, back IN 95, I waited nearly 5 years for TS, I was up at the crack of dawn the day of its release for my copy, it was September 1999 and it was a bad winter here, so the only sun I seen for those months was a Tiberian one lol.

I actually still have PC Gamer (UK) September 1999 issue 73 C&C - TS review, it scored 92%, Its on my hdd + C&C 95 to this day :D

I remember getting up early on the release date in high school to go get my platinum edition of C&C TS, but I seem to have lost it somewhere over the years : / . Which is a shame, because it had a cool metal figure and everything. I did remember some reviews being pretty good, but the likes of GS and IGN only gave it an 8 if memory serves. I always really liked it though, and FS was the best expansion in the series IMO (again, love the whole CABAL thing).

I didn't even realise there actually was a platinum edition. Googled it & seen the grey case & it also showed a figure picture of that little metal GDI soldier crouching with his pulse rifle, looks pretty cool, looks like one of those Warhammer paintable figures.

Shame you lost your P-E copy, but at least you still have "a" copy of TS, & yeah FS was an excellent expansion, the Cable concept was brilliant.

I heard that about the Forgotten, EA bought Westwood before TS was finished.

Since I WON'T be buying this pathetic excuse for a C&C game. Doesn't deserve the title C&C, I even have confirmation how bad it is of gamers who've played the beta...bad times...lol, I wish I was wrong, and I bit my lip whilst wishing...but the only thing I'm looking forwards too now is StarCraft 2, which follows the classic recipe, and is well polished with nicer graphics than the previous SC.

Its the last C&C, with Kane & the Tiberium universe I hear thankfully, since they've ruined it. lol
