most of them run to Benning and points further north on the Philly Sub. What's been running through Richmond lately are some U297's for Cross, SC. They're coming down the C&O line and are probably 150 cars. They're big enough to be sitting on west a y and still block hermitage road by a good 20 cars or so.

V625, Runs from WV to Benning yard. Caught one of them myself couple weeks ago.
