Congrats GreenMomZoe and Mark! I am going to be starting this diet also for the first time. I was thinking of starting it on beginning of the weekend, since I am not sure what to expect. I am a little concerned and a little excited at the same time. But hearing you guys, I feel a little more motivated and confident that I will be able to do it. Take care !!!

I never heard of the gallbladder flush and just Googled it. It seems complicated with all the different ingredients and instructions. Maybe some day I'll do it but not right now. Just getting done with he Master Cleanse is a big accomplishment for us. There sure will be more in the future.

I did the 10 day once. My experience was identical to your first 10 days. I felt great but was board with not chewing food.
