@oxford1603 It's Puglisi anadromous dubbing brush and is available at fly shops, particularly those that cater to saltwater tiers. If you can't find it locally try SaltWaterFlyTyers or BlackFlyOutfitters since I know that Don and Vaughn carry it. Be warned - it's not cheap but is a great product for a lot of patterns and comes in a lot of colors.
