If you have a complex spray, sometimes it's easier to select inverse and delete the alpha channel instead of filling it all in manually.

When im trying to save it as a Targa the "As a Copy" is marked but cant demark it and i cant mark "Alpha Channels" either becus its gray

No sorry, CS 1.6 works a lot differently and requires third party tools to import and convert your images to spraypaints. I suggest you google around or look on fpsbanana for more information.
