The shadow doesn't disappear during the flash, there is no blooming, and there is no lingering image of the lighting bolt temporarily burnt into the camera. That proves it is fake.
It is easy to see that this is fake. If you freeze-frame it right at 26:06 during the lightning strike, you can see that the shadow of the bus is still there. Further, there is no residual image of the bolt in the following frame. Any analog security camera with the iris wide open for nighttime recording would show a pronounced, lingering image of the bolt for many seconds following the extremely bright flash.
I slowed the video down to frame by frame and whats interesting is that during the first strike, the shadow of the car don't change. If a bolt were to hit, the shadow of the car won't be still be visable. Also, the light would be reflected differently on the trees during the strike, the light would be all over the leaves and not just fromo the bottom as it is.
The lighting did change pause at 26:06, you can see a double shadowing effect coming from the front of the vehicle as well as the trees, as well as the reflection of the bold from the back window of the car in front of him, the bolt was slightly to the back end of the first car and the light from the street lamp to the south of the camera still presses light in the direction of the car leaving a shadow. There's also a store window across the street in view that lit up.

The "puddles" are burned ground. If you look they appear immediately after each strike but are not present before. Not enough time to be any liquid- and in this instance the only thing that makes sense is the ground being burned by the lightening strike.

Stop the video at the strike. Look at the shadow from the van. Light is added from behind the van but the lightning is at the front of the van, so light should lit the ground in front of the van - but it's not. This is busted, fake,

In the early '70's I was called upstairs into the airport tower at L.I. New York MacArthur airport by the sole working traffic contoller, at 4AM in the morning, to witness a light- object like the first two seen here , which was'nt on his radar screen and just hanging in mid-air. He physically measured the distance away and above the ground by rulers and a map. 1 mile away and 600 feet above the ground. He filed an FAA report & made me witness the paperwork with my signature. I was an official.

Watch any real lightning caught on camera: in some frames, the image is completely bloomed (white) because the sensor's pixels can't handle that much amount of photons. It doesn't happen here. This is a B on acting and a D on image editing.
Instead of looking for Holy Maries of the Worthless Miracles, get a brain and study Digital Sensitometry. It's much harder than just conspire and believe, but it produces much more smarter results.
