This is one of my favorite Sonic songs of all time! All Sonic games have good music, though; music is definitely one thing that Sega games are better in than Nintendo games (Sonic, Jet Set Radio, NiGHTS, Samba de Amigo, amongst others all had awesome music)

I haven't played this game. I've heard mixed reviews about it. But I won't know if it's any good or not until I either play it myself, or watch a "Let's Play" of it. The only factor I really care about is enjoyment. But most newer Sonic games are well known for their choice in music. And all the music is awesome, and fits the mood for each level perfectly.
