For ppl that are confused Hoost 'checked' that leg kick meaning he lifted his knee up and thrusted his hip into meeting the kick shin to shin, barely hurts the person doing it but the person kicking can easily break his shin in half (ex:Cory Hill)
@realguitarshredder WRONG. Watch Sefo get up. It's obvious by the way he distributes his body weight to his left leg that his right leg was the one that got injured. The kick landed with the soft part of the ankle between the foot and shin onto Hoost's knee. That's an awful sprain because it's very soft in there. Nothing but nerves, tendons, and ligaments.
