Hysteria was a gala evening/comedy show event to raise money to help people with aids. Stephen Fry actually wrote the introduction and sketch for Tina and John.Stephen was the host of the show and she told Fry that she would perform, if she could do a sketch with Cleese since she is a big fan of John.
