Iv has high poly models... you would need to re-texture the whole game, as well as re make all the trees and buildings to produce a better high poly model.. (for example.. SA's Trees were great.. for 2006, if u wanna make it like IV, then u need a replacement obj file that loosk more realistic) Do that, add ENB series with intese reflection, high shaddows, proper shaders, and lastly, motion blur, and you have an amazing game. But either way, this was a nice video. :D
