Sadly most our Bengali don't know that George Harrison's "Concert for Bangladesh" was a complete disgrace. It was used to scar Bengalis. Exploitation of horrible images of our people by generation of British charities... allegations of theft of donations by organisers (money raised never reached Bangladesh!)... stereotyped our nation, our people.... British media used this concert to harm us. I am sorry that our Bengali people still get entrapped in this way.
