@Homoautokus When Malaysia was chosen to be a peacekeeper in Bosnia, they seek a tracked armored vehicles. Malaysia approached FMC Nurol of turkey but got no response (Turkey didn't think Malaysia is serious) then Malaysia approached Korea and got KIFV. Then when Malaysia open a tender for over 200 armored tracked vehicles, Turkey, eager not to repeat their mistake before, quickly jump in with ACV300.

it is subjective actually. No one can claim they are the best. Method use in COIN War in Malaya cant be use in Iraq...or vice versa..

That said the best operators are actually the one who defet the enemy and finished the war. Since malaysia defeat the communist, they are regarded as one of the best.
