In Trance,Virgin Killer,lovedrive and Animal Magnetism being their best albums.Saw them several times,once at Hammersmith Odeon,London on the Blackout Tour(82-83 ish) the encore was a jam with MSG doing UFO's " doctor,doctor" A class act and true rock gods.

I am happy that I can look back on life and remember seeing one of my fave bands live in 2003. I always wanted to see the Scorpions live but missed the chances for various reasons and always worried that the day would come when they may not tour no more etc....Thank God I got to see them in 2003 AND they had incredible sound live just like an older friend told me they would..he saw them many times in the 70s and 80s! Love the Scorps!!!!

Scorpions Blackout tour was my first concert that mattered as a kid. I got a little stoned, but not too bad. I was blown away by the cage that came out with them in it, and the music, wow. The music was so tight, the band has rocked throughout the years, and I've seen them about 4 or 5 times, lost count already. Watching them sober is best lol. They are soooo great.

Klauss Meine never gasps for air or holds the mic out for the crowd to sing parts. I saw them at Rich Stadium in Buffalo (it's now known as Ralph Wilson Stadium) and it's outdoors. My face got sunburned as hell that day! LOL

The album Blackout is a complete masterpiece. Scorpions at their ultimate peak just before they started concentrating on commercial ballads. For the younger folks check out the older albums from the 70's like Virgin Killer, Taken by Force, and In Trance. Just great rock.
