Yes, the app has been submitted to the AppStore and we are waiting for Apple's approval (no word yet on how long it takes or if it will get rejected for any particular reason). Please be patient as we work with Apple on this.
I don't have a price for it yet, but we are planning to at a minimum cover the costs of my development and distribution through Apple.

I pine for the day when the iphone is available with Verizon (no AT&T 3g in my town.)
This might put me over the edge to get an Ipod touch.
