  • Mithryn, Excommunication was something that was created to discredit anyone that may say something (true or not) that would make the church or church members look bad. I would hate to be the innocent on the other end of that accusation of yours.

  • I have one issue, and that is he simply mentions that Martha Botherton went to a newspaper editor. It's a leeetle bit dishonest not to mention that the reporter was John C. Bennett, an exmormon who was excommunicated and had a vendetta against Joseph. Mind you, one could also included that Bennett was a liar, accused abortionist (by Sarah Pratt and Hyrum Smith), and a adulterer who had served as "Assistant to the presidency" for a year as close to Joseph as one could get.

  • Ken Clark is telling the truth. I wrote a book defending the Church from anti-Mormon attacks. Ken Clark is being honest in his presentation.

  • I'm a former Mormon missionary, and I wrote a book defending the Church against anti-Mormon attacks ("The Gainsayers"). Ken Clark was a hypocrite to continue to work for the Church while secretly not believing it. True! However, he did not promise young girls that they and their families would be Exalted "if" they slept with Joseph Smith, as Joseph Smith promised them. He did not have people murdered who got into his way, as DID Brigham Young. Compared to them Ken Clark looks DAMN good! Darrick

  • This whole video is trash. He just lies and mocks.

  • @LDStothecore

Thanks again for stopping by. Would you mind pointing out the "lies" Ken is telling? You wouldn't be lying now would you? Please get back to us when you can identify the "lies" he told. Thanks for your help.

  • @LDStothecore lol I love all of these accusations, rather than disproving the speaker, they spit out insults, usually shows you've hit somebody where it hurts, or in this case, shown them proof they refuse to believe

  • @danmgc If there was anyone with a sincere question, I would be happy to respond. Problem is you people are not sincere.

  • Ken, you taught me much in Seminary, and I love you and your precious family. Please, as a friend, get on your knees, and have the courage to at least ask the lord, with sincerety, if what you arer doing is right. Thing about the sould, you are a instrument in destroying. It will take a long time to bring those souls back to christ. I am a witness Ken, Yes, Robert Thornton. I have seen with my own two eyes. And I am not even a member. I love you and will always appreciate you.

  • @Robertinalaska1960

The Mormon Church is not what it claims to be. It has never been so. Please watch Ken in action throughout the whole presentation as he shows again and again through something known as "EVIDENCE" which shows that indeed Mormonism down to the slightest jot and tittle cannot be what it claims to be. Remember, you're defending a religious organization started by a guy with his face in a hat staring at a rock.

Alrighty then. Why don't you email him at Lewis Clark State College. I'm sure you can bring up your issues with him directly. He's really got you bothered, so you better get this resolved.

    All the best, -EMF

Well good to know you've got it all figured out, and a Christian to boot. Problem solved.

"you are like AA for religion" a very appropriate metaphor as those leaving the drug of Mormonism do at times need a bit of help to get them out of the addiction, just as other do when leaving their drug of choice wrought by the various "isms" the world over.

Now try and take some of that Christian charity of yours and actually help folks instead of denigrating the efforts of those who do.

  • Now it is all clear. We aren't taking anything from anyone, our organization is for those who are leaving or who have left and who want support. You don't seem to be open to those who leave, only a desire to preserve the Mormons from the pain. You can't have it both ways. There is a great amount of pain & struggle when folks realize the fraudulent reality. It is not the fault of the exmormon, we didn't lie or commit fraud. Try taking your grievances to the cause of it all at 50 North Temple.

We are not about "soul" harvesting. We are a non-sectarian organization. You on the other hand appear either to be a Mormon and lying about it, or a shill, and apparently through your projections, you are taking what we are doing as personal without really understanding why.

Thanks for stopping by, hopefully you'll actually take the time to research instead of defending what you hope is real vs. what really is.

Why not start with the Mormon run site: MormonThink d o t c o m

Brilliant! Do you have anything further? Why not throw in Roswell, Moon landings and Bigfoot. Oh wait, Mormon prophet, seer and revelator, Spencer Kimball already cleared up the Big-Foot controversy by stating that Cain is actually Big-Foot.

Now if we could just figure out who was behind the Krispy Kreme plot to make Americans fat.

  • "The leaders are not drunk with power and the tithing is put back into the church and not in cars and strippers." No, strippers, Mormon Inc. just uses the money multi-billion dollar malls, hotels, hunting lodges, massive real estate holdings, for profit corporations etc. You have bought the Mormon PR spin hook, line and sinker. It is not what it claims to be and the sad thing is that our loved ones are being conned over and over again, to serve nothing more than a money grubbing corporation.

  • So by your rationale, you believe that once someone discovers the realities of something such as the fraud of Mormonism, they should just shut up and sit back? No one is hating in this video, it is only a presentation of the lies of Mormon leadership. If that is your definition of hate, then everything and everyone who counters Mormon claims must be a hater. Pull your head out and research the claims of your religion, you may just be surprised at what you find. It is not what it claims to be.

  • Wow pretty good collection of Mormon mishaps and misunderstandings. Where is the Mountain Meadow Massacre... Guess you had enough stuff. Wish you had more on Proving the Book of Mormon Wrong... If we could just prove that wrong then we could disban the entire religion!

This Fireside is Good but not good enough as the Church will keep rolling forth. Darn that Stone...

  • "Mormon mishaps and misunderstandings." An interesting take on truth, unfortunately not one that will actually allow you to discover such however. The BoM is clearly a work of 19th Century fiction, so that's gone too I'm afraid. All that's left is the literal Global Flood and Kolob as the light source for the sun. Oops! Those are gone too. Hmmm, perhaps a literal Adam & Eve? Shucks! The evidence disproves them as well. Darn that evidence. The "stone" isn't going anywhere.

  • This is a horrible tragedy, I know many families that are stuck in this "fundamental" situation. They think they are serving the Lord but it turns out it was just a cover up for JS' perversions.

  • what a great speech! Thanks again.

  • Wow

  • I concur.
