  • that pitch bend its really helpful i see that dj's dot use it!!

  • How do you connect them to your computer?

  • and how much is it??

  • where did you buy this???

  • if these were direct drive instead of belt driven, these would dominate the cdj market.

  • Nice man¡¡¡ Fast mix

  • i got a question,

I just bought a new Denon and got him connected to 230V. but had to 120V. He's probably blown. You can still fix this?

  • Nice job on the dn-s5000's.

Can you put more videos of it in action?

  • amazing ;-)

  • nice :D

  • good shit man, u shoud do a video on how to work them like ur doin in the video

  • tunes?

  • nice..i have DN-S5000 and DN-S5500 .. best things i have bought ever

  • @multylama there's no such thing as a dn-s5500, I think you mean the HS5500.

  • What are the tunes?

  • nice track

  • I suppose these decks are good for having fun at home with.

  • are these really that good? i heard a lot of bad things about them?

  • yeah baby love that, im gonna get me these decks once again after christmas. I owned them 4 years ago. Loved them. I have also owned the pioneers cdj 1000 mk3's and i have to say, i do prefer the denons. Just my opinion, there more fun. Pioneer are possibly more reliable but i dont play out anymore, so they will be more than good enough for me.

  • that was cool dude ...

  • Does your suffer from cue slip?

  • wack deck

  • hey just seen this video today - whats the 2 tracks ur mixing ? i like the funkyness

  • Yes dude it kinda was mean. I apologize bro. Hey the mix was good-I used to be really bad at mixing when I first bought my 1000's, but hey I'm much better now lolz-sorry if I pissed u off....

    D.J. Lite

  • funny comment... but it was also mean :P yeah i havent ever used those buttons, but dont knock the timing, I thought it was pretty good for a youtube video.

  • Please make a tenminmix? ^^

  • whats the differnce between the DN-S5000 and the DN-HS5500??

    Do both have internal Cd-drives?

  • cd drive is optional on the HS5500, it's primarily a digital controller.

  • Man! the comment by miguel is funny! I have two 5000 and yes the alfa track mode is awesome. I just hate that serato does not pick up the functions that denon provides. still working on how to get past that. Hell, i think some of the stuff serato has, this denon does it aleady.. except for serato 1.9.

  • hey you should get another deck of the same to complete your set.

  • love it

  • nice deck, nicer sound. pretty good man.

  • learn english,idiot

  • lol, I agree...

migu.,. must be french --- god damn french...

    nice mix dude.

  • Only a loser with noe videos would say that.... (BITCH)

Don't you just love haters? I sure do :) lol

  • is it midi\ capable?

  • No it isn't,only way to play your MP3 from Pc is a DVS system like Traktor Scratch Pro M-Audio Torq or Serato

  • wat is the full name of the equipment he using?

  • cool video!

  • ok I have watched many videos on the 5000 i just bought one I am seeing what it looks like people play 2 songs off one table is this true or is there another cdj they are mixing from???

  • It's known as ALPHA TRACK mode.

On the 5000s and 5500s, the players are capable of playing one track as the "alpha track". When that's engaged, you can load up another song on the same deck and play/cue from it as well as well as switch back and forth. You can achieve cross fading/sampling/beat juggling by then using the two individual outputs on the back of the unit into two channels on your mixer.

  • QQ good DJ !!!!

  • i got the same thing but im not that good....yet.

Good job and keep it up

  • Wymiatasz po prostu. brawo

  • You are from Poland? Nice! Nice skils Bro!!! Bravo!

  • I really like it how you can work with the Music

  • Sick Demo!

  • Fucking hate these tables as we have them at uni ill give you respects just cause your using them

  • all the denon vids I watch are from poland, my parents are polish, I'm looking for new equipment, if the polish blood is all over these bad boyz then I won't hesitate.

  • wicked demo fella, you know how to work these babies for sure :)

  • i too got the denon s3500's. i cant get used to the non moving platters, but with the denon i can feel at home.

  • Does anyone know of a good full set up I can get for a good price.

  • i probably would have gotten this if it was belt driven.. so i ordered the denon s3500 today

  • The 5000s are belt driven..

  • whoops i meant if these were not

  • dude help!!! i need some parts for the dn-s5000 do u know a link that will take me somewhere were i can buy spare parts for it?

  • i had the same prob, i emailed denon and they show me some adresses to get parts of it.

I can give you those adresses but its in belgium(where i live)

  • try kpodj they have everything for a wholesale price

  • what mixer do you have

  • Denon DN-X300

  • can i haver name of fist song?

  • can i haver name of fist song?

  • wow dude I just started myself, spinning at parties is not as much fun a break beat... great dude

  • the titles of the mixed tracks:

    1. Dynamo Productions - Get It Together (FK5 remix)

    2. Malente - The Fever (Boca 45 remix)

  • .....and there in lies the problem. You now need no skill what so ever to "mix" - just be a wonder at the complicated art of pushing buttons.

  • Don't be pathetic; things you're used to isn't directly bad. In the 80's the skill was to create something with a record an a few faders. Nowadays music much more variated because of the features like loops, cueing, FX, filters and other stuff. Mixing with vinyl is just another type of sport.

  • Major, for that idiotic ass comment, you are hearby relieved of your command.

  • nice work.

  • Can someone tell me the names of all the songs in this fantastic video? ;)

  • ok, here are the titles of the mixed tracks:

    1. Dynamo Productions - Get It Together (FK5 remix)

    2. Malente - The Fever (Boca 45 remix)

  • Can someone tell me the names of all the songs in this fantastic video? ;)

  • What's the name of the second song?

  • it can actually read mp3 from a sd card ?

  • whats the name of the first song please?

  • What is an "Alpha Track" and how is it used?

  • GOOOD !

  • cool stuff you think you can do a video showing hoew to use the mode botten

  • hey what's up i seen your video on the denon s5000 i just wanted to know if your can do a video showing how to use the mode botten

  • which is better? easy Pioneer

  • which are better dn-s3500 or the dn-s5000?

  • It's really personal prefernce. They each have their own pros and cons. I actually own on of each. I like the S5K better. If you dont care to use the alpha track mode, go with the S35

  • neither.-pioneer all the way.

  • wao wao nice nice....y dont u let me download some of it so i can rock dat nice beats????haha

  • crazy , crazy , crazy ! your nicee

  • WKD. I've been through the Pioneer Gear and I've setled on a pair of S5000 for 3 yrs now. The best choice I've made. the S5000's takes out any competition on the mkt without breakin' a sweat. LOOOOOVE DEM !!!

Everybody should try 1 before making decisions

  • nice job! (Y

  • cool

  • Really AwesoME :D

  • very nice :) denon rulez

    i`ve got 2 denon dn-s1000-> wonderful :D love them!

  • prosze was bardzo podajcie mi tytuly piosenek z tyche setó

a secik zagrany reelacyjnie super bardzo mi sie podoba

  • is there a whole lot different from the s3500 and the s5000? is getting the s5000 worth the extra money?

  • Hey, the difference between the 3500s and the 5000s are noticable if you use them a lot. the 5000's have the feature called "Alpha Track" which will play 2 songs off the same CD, and more memory. I myself went with the S5000's with the Denon X1500 mixer, i love it, amazing setup

  • i want my denon dn s1000 Q_Q

    per oestos looks better n0n*

    /emoraver.*

  • what is better the Pioneer CDJ-800MK2 or the Denon DNS-5000, Honest answers!!!!

  • hmm

u have to try them out for urself basically.

poineers are the industry standard..most professional dj's prefer them.

denon does have more onboard features tho and a spinning platter. but it also depends on that kinda mixer u use. also as fer the lack of effects on the pioneers, dj's usually hook up pioneers efx on there.

    its whatever u prefer

  • S5000 hands down, I own a pair and have been using all sorts of equipment over the past 7 years, and I love the S5000's

  • yea industry standard doesnt allways mean best, there never is a best* personaly i think u get way more into mixing with a denon, and denons are known for quality aswell, a big price tag dont mean better

  • Yep, agreed, there are a lot of great tables out there, no offence to any of them, other than the Technics DZ1200's, i think those are absolute SHIT.

  • im thinking they made the dz shitty because their owned by pionneer, its like a placebo for tech 12 users like me that have such a nail biting choice when switching to cd decks, thankgod i chose correctly and ordered dns5000's, kinda like the battle between the Mv8800 and the mpc4k, obviously the mv8800 has many more features and practical use than the mpc4k, cheaper, yet mpc will stay promenently an industry standard sampler

  • yea man, I had my choices narrowed down to the S5000s and the Techs simply because I am a user of the 12's, and i was honestly disapointed like crazy, anyways buddy, best of luck with everythin, Ez

  • i've the same dns5000's and wonder where did you get slipmats designs from i know it is regular paper but is it a program on pc or something to print them from

  • ****

Really nice! Shows a great technical knowledge of the deck.

    Long live the S5K!

  • i'm a no frills pioneer cdj 800 man myself, but those decks do look very good actually. At first i didnt like the spinning platter, but i'm coming around to it more and more.

  • what's name of first song?

  • lol, 1:01. Nice slip mat. =p

are those hard to put on?

  • not really. just print it (regular paper), cut out and insert under the transparent surface.

  • you doing this from one cd players live?

  • yep. I mix two tracks with one deck in real time.

  • they denon decks sound like a pc dj progarame! a hate them the suck

  • Hey man, nice setup, i got the same decks, except im running them through the DNX1500 mixer.

  • Very nice man. I am thinking of getting the DNS5000;s...

  • amazing deck

  • How are you making one cd player play two songs.

  • DN-S5000 is the only player that have this feature. It's called the Alpha Track and allows You to mix two tracks in the same time. I have main channel connected to line 1 and Alpha to line 2.

  • Well, that's only true of the single models; the rack-mounted DENON DN-9000 also has the "ALPHA" feature. I own it, never really use it though.

  • Actually the "cd player" is a dvd-rom that plays cds. The buffer memory is so large and the rotational speed of the dvd rom is so fast that you can play two tracks off the same cd.

  • nieźle kuzyn, wrzuć coś jeszcze

  • what kind of mixer are you using?

  • Denon DN-X300.

  • Nice one

  • ale fajnieeeeee - fajna muza zgrabnie podana - juz sie nie moge doczekac DNIA KOBIET W AKTACH - pozdrawiam !!!
