Matsuura didn't put on the speed limiter; that blinking red taillight that you saw activates automatically when a caution period is declared as well as when the car crosses the start/finish line at the end of the last lap.

Stock car is a term, theres nothing stock about a stock car since the invention of NASCAR. The only reason Tony does NASCAR is money, and secondly IRL is going bottom up. And please, lets not be a hypocrite about Tony...

How does someone that flips everyweek become champion? Dario won't cut it in Nascar, last week he hit every car in the field in a Busch Series race.
Face it, stock cars are too challenging for openwheel racers. Only exceptional drivers like Tony Stewart can go from IRL to Nascar and be successful.
