I have heard from someone who used to work at RCA that the reason this performance was never issued in the Living Stereo edition was because RCA LOST the master tape to one of the movements. It's too bad we need to rely on YouTube to hear one of the greatest performances of such a basic repertoire work. But kudos to David Hertzberg for sharing it with all of us.
