@Howie262 its true we don't really have so much national pride, but that's basically something else: how long do you think 'Germany' has been one nation? I'm, first of all a 'Fränkin', which you could call a tribal thing, next I'm bavarian, which is my country. It once was a Kingdom, and only loosely bonded to the other german countries, Meaning: 'Hessen' for example is A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO ME!!! And then im german. Because they speak the same language. Almost, at least. This film is bullshit.

I`ve never understood why having feelings should lead to any kind of spirituality. You should be able to have sense and sensibility. A person can use logic and have empathy at the same time. I`m an atheist and I`ve always been a person with feeling. There`s no reason why people can`t use logic AND feeling without becoming spiritual or religious. I`ve made it work all my life.

i guess most of the germans learn 3 or 4 languages (including their own one). its german, english, french or latin and many also speak spanish. i think only the old people speak such a strong accent as the guys in the video do.
