Did you put cod oil on that or did he just eat it? I just picked up a baby red at the daytona show and he will only eat crickets but I have not tried scrambled eggs.
@voodoochild863 dont use oils or spices just plain eggs. scrabled or hardboiled...
mine personal loves eggs with the yoke uncooked, he breaks it with his claw then eats it lol. also try some chincken or beef. dont bother cooking it, just throw some ground beed or turkey into is food dish.
tegus are kinda hard to keep cuz they require very high humidity and temperatures but if u get one be sure u have a big enough enclosure and get a B&w tegu not red

hmm, i am intrested in buying one of these little guys, do you know if i can buy in the uk?, i will have to do my reaserch befor i get one, i have herd there quite smart aswell :P awsome creature!
that spinning of the food dish probably pisses him off and feed him on something with more grip so his feet arn't sliding all over the place it'l just make him happier and make it easyer for him to eat.

why not? i have a red and theyre great. whats so bad about reds, reds and b+w are basically the same, same diet, same size, and same temperement.

oranges have to much citric acid in it and may burn the lizards stomach making it die so i wouldnt feed it that lol...
