  • Listen to Dr. Tim, He is telling the absolute truth. Why waste money and time on videos that will change every year, if not every month? Learn the basic technique and stick to one style. Results will pay off provided you are consistent and dedicated. You can never get bored if you are doing it right and besides, how can we learn every workout there is?

    I can't seem to stretch my leg, I can't even get close to the perpendicular position without bending my leg. Is there any version of this exercise for people that aren't flexible?

  • try lots of leg stretches before this exercise. even if you cant get it all the way up just go as far as you can and keep practicing.

  • @Snoo1809 Look at the PILATES exercises here on YouTube as they lengthen muscles.

  • I love this! I was wondering, if I use this workout everyday of the week, will I achieve better results, or do I have to reserve space for rest in between those days? I want tight and lean glutes, but it's also very hard for me to get those results. I have trouble sticking to my workouts, and that's a main factor in this problem. You could message me on youtube as well and tell me what I need to do if you want. Thank you and your workouts look very effective.

  • reserve space then workout I wasnt doing that and I was working my chest hard everyday until I pulled something
