No, Not resurrected as Jitterskull. Choke appears in Ghoul's Forest Gaiden, along with Jitterskull,

Choke and Jitterskull (if you read the descripting on cutmanmikes site) are brothers, choke was so disgustingly ugly that he commited suicide. And Jitterskull was buried next to him. They are Brothers, not the same creature. Sorry!
